In 24 hours’ time, I will be boarding my plane to Dubai, which will eventually take me to London! I can’t believe the time has finally arrived. It’s OK to be average… sometimes

Last Friday I had one of the worst workouts ever, during my second shoulder session of the week. My first exercise was a clean and press, which is something I always look forward to. Stressful times!

Stressful times!

You would think that finishing work last week would have removed some of the stress in my life, but unfortunately I feel more stressed out than ever! We have exactly three weeks until we move and we have so much to sort out before then. I have to sell all of our furniture, somehow fit my entire wardrobe into just one suitcase, find a new apartment in London while dealing with an 11 hour time difference (which is the worst time difference imaginable, because London’s office hours are Sydney’s sleeping hours!!) I am happy to announce that I am officially qualified as a level two gym instructor, which means I can teach group exercise classes and work on the gym floor!
